I. Raw Material Quality Control at the Source

1. Fixed-point Procurement of Special Bearing Steel

National standard high-purity 100Cr6 special alloy steel for bearings is adopted. Each batch is accompanied by mill material certificates and hardness reports. Recycled scrap steel is strictly prohibited. The hardness of raw materials stably reaches HRC60–64, featuring excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance.

2. Full Incoming Inspection for Access Approval

Four inspections are carried out for incoming steel: eddy current testing, metallographic analysis, dimensional tolerance detection and surface defect inspection. Raw materials with cracks, slag inclusions or out-of-tolerance dimensions will be rejected directly to prevent defective raw materials from entering the production line.

3. Full-chain Material Traceability

Each batch of steel and every batch of bearings are bound with furnace numbers and batch numbers. In case of quality issues, the original steel mill and smelting batch of raw materials can be traced backwards.

1. Fully Automated Closed-loop Production Lines

Integrated connecting production for inner and outer ring grinding, superfinishing, rolling element processing and automatic assembly reduces dimensional errors caused by manual intervention. Online micrometers are equipped on equipment to adjust processing parameters in real time.

2. Standardized Heat Treatment Processes

Constant-temperature carburizing / overall quenching plus low-temperature tempering strictly controls metallographic structures to avoid deformation and soft spots, ensuring bearings remain undeformed under long-term heavy loads.

3. Matched Special Lubricating Grease

High-temperature resistant, water-resistant and long-service-life lubricating grease is selected according to different working conditions of automobiles, construction machinery and industrial equipment. Vacuum grease filling and sealing are adopted before delivery to eliminate early oil leakage and abnormal noise.

III. Full Set of Laboratory Factory Inspection

1. Online Full Inspection (Every Bearing Must Pass Before Delivery)

Vibration and noise test (BVT vibrometer): Low noise is controlled to meet the mute requirements of motors and wheel hubs; Dimensional precision inspection: Roundness, roughness, clearance and assembly dimensions are controlled at the micron level, supporting multiple precision grades including P0/P6/P5; Surface eddy current inspection: Screen surface cracks, collisions and processing defects; Cleanliness inspection: Control internal impurities to avoid early wear and seizure.

2. Batch Sampling Reliability Tests in Laboratory

Bearing life durability tester: Simulate continuous heavy-load operation to verify fatigue service life; Temperature rise and waterproof sealing tests: Simulate high-temperature and muddy water working conditions; Metallographic & hardness tester: Regularly sample and inspect heat treatment hardness and metal structures; Accelerated aging tests for grease leakage and dust resistance. All test data are archived, and test reports of corresponding batches can be provided to customers.
